Hello surfers,
This month, we are doing something a little bit different,
and I will dare you to do just the same.
It is all about opening up to new possibilities.
Our lives, are filled with things, places, and habits
that construct our day to day, it is really not that
simple to step out of the box… but let say we
did! Why not try that “other place”, instead
of the “same’ ole”, for lunch. Or,
how about if we ordered something that normally would
not appeal to us, at that “good ole place”.
Of course, not foods you would be allergic to, but
maybe something you remember having a long time ago
and did not like.
Did you know, that the sensory organs found on the
tongue, commonly known as taste buds, over the years
allow us to experience tastes differently. It is a
simple fact, the taste buds are naturally replaced
in the mouth, but as we get older, we don’t
reproduce nearly as much. Therefore, with less taste
cells, we are able to appreciate foods that in the
paste seemed too strong for our liking. Now, you just
don’t have any excuse to try those really spicy
dishes that you stayed away from. Try Indian cuisine,
go to Atma, this new restaurant in the downtown area
will offer flavors that will surprise and excite your
taste buds.

places that will definitely give your mouth a reason
to love change.
