"Fabulous Chilean Bass"
Last week I decided to take a walk back into memory lane, to where Queue De Cheval used to be. I have spent many a nights there. I had a craving for fish, for chilean bass. Oven roasted and served on a bed of lentils in a port reduction sauce that kept crying "lick me lick me". I may not have traveled the world and I may not have tasted everything a thousand times, but I can state that it was the best recipe I ever had.
Service at the bar top notch by Mark who has been there from day one who's martini was created with god's hands. A glass of chard and an espresso and that was it. Cost approx 120 plus tip. The sensations experienced by yours truly justified the price. Amen? You betch-yuh!!
