For generations our family recipes have been kept in the family. Every Sunday was pasta day at Nonna's house. Our Mama, her sisters and Nonna would make homemade pasta, sauces and polpettes (which are meat balls in case your Italian is a little rusty). It was always considered a cheerful occasion. Today, at Piatti Pronti we share those great times and secret recipes with you. The only change is you don't have to wait until Sunday like we did.
